Delete Your RideDat Account
You can delete your RideDat account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open RideDat and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
The app confirms when your personal data and sign-in account have been deleted, then signs you out. If deletion cannot finish immediately, it shows a pending state with Retry and Contact Support options.
Request deletion without the app
If you can no longer use the app, email your deletion request to [email protected], preferably from the email address linked to the account, or contact us on Discord. Tell us the email address or sign-in method of the account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We complete requests within 30 days.
Contact channels
What is deleted
- Your profile: display name, profile picture, leaderboard alias and leaderboard statistics
- Your email address
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication identity)
- Your bike password backups
- Bug reports you sent from the app
- Beta diagnostics from test builds
Copies held elsewhere
Copies of bug reports already posted to our private Discord channel are not removed automatically; ask us through a contact channel above if you want them removed. Crash reports held by Firebase Crashlytics expire after 90 days.
Data on your phone
Deleting your account does not remove data stored on your phone. To remove it, use Settings → Delete All Data in the app, or uninstall the app.
