Compare the features
Every product includes the Basic functions. Pro does not include Diagnostics Unlock or exports. Choose Diagnostics, Pro, or both if you need both sets of features.

Account recovery and approved, supported firmware updates remain Basic functions. An update is offered only when an approved update exists for your bike and firmware. A paid plan does not make an unsupported bike or update supported.
Where your history lives
Basic normally keeps seven days of local ride history. After an offline phone restart, expiry waits until time can be verified. Extended local history defaults to keeping all records; you can choose 30 days, 90 days, one calendar year or all. Local records still depend on the phone and its storage.
Pro lets you browse cloud history up to 1,000 rides or 12 months, whichever limit comes first. This is a browsing limit, not a promise that older server records have been deleted. See the privacy policy for storage and deletion details.

When purchases are available, Google Play presents the localized price and renewal terms before you confirm. Diagnostics Unlock is a one-time account purchase; Pro renews monthly or yearly until canceled.
- Sign in to your RideDat account and open Settings → Plans and purchases. Choose the feature set you need; payment is handled by Google Play.
- For an existing purchase, sign in to the same RideDat account and use Restore purchases. Purchases do not transfer automatically to another account.
- Use Manage Pro in the app to open Google Play subscription management. Canceling renewal leaves Pro available through the period you already paid for.
If your original account was deleted or you need help recovering a purchase, contact support with your Google Play order receipt. Recovery is reviewed; you will need to sign in to the RideDat account that should receive the purchase.
